How we set up a CRM system and empowered the team to use it to its full functionality

The client:

GoChildcare is a brand-new digital platform for nurseries and passionate nursery staff looking for an easy way to connect. Launched in September 2024, they have two apps (one for managers and one for employees) with the mission to simplify both short and long-term recruitment in the early years sector.

How we helped:

We kicked things off an in-person session to meet the GoChildcare team and gain a deeper understanding and knowledge of the business and the associated apps. Due to launch dates we simultaneously ran a HubSpot Onboarding plan alongside support activity. We helped the team get to grips with the fundamentals and full functionality of the system and created training videos so they were able to easily train new recruits as required. 

As the team got into the swing of it, we assisted with any queries that arose through the implementation of procedures, guiding and supporting their continued development. Working closely with the team we were able to help empower them to know the system inside out give a sense of ownership. 

The impact:

Helping set the procedures and processes from the start, we were able to enable the team to utelise the full functionaility of HubSpot and ensure that their CRM was the heartbeat of all their operations. Being on hand to answer any queries as and when they arose allowed the team to feel the benefit of having an extended marketing team, meaning they could focus their efforts on actually getting their job done.
