How we carried out a thorough HubSpot Audit and improved data hygiene

How we helped:
We helped optimise their HubSpot portal with a focus on data hygiene, pipeline organisation, user experience, and reporting. Our initial data audit, identified and cleaned 32 contact lists and removed duplicates using HubSpot's deduplication tool, improving data accuracy and overall health. We streamlined their sales pipeline by cleaning up stages, making it easier to track and report on deals. By using a simple migration, we were able to transfer existing deals from old pipelines seamlessly, saving time and effort.
To enhance user experience, we removed unnecessary fields and improved functionality with better input options, like radio buttons and date fields. We also cleared out outdated tasks cluttering the HubSpot task view, improving efficiency. Finally, we set up two customised dashboards, including a detailed sales dashboard, to enable data-driven decisions and improve forecasting, empowering ASquared to work smarter and more effectively.
