Atom Content Marketing
The Brief
We were initially approached to help Atom, a digital publisher running a portfolio including Startup Donut, integrate a new product into their workflow. This soon extended to us taking on outsourced digital marketing for the team, in addition to advising on their strategic and practical approach to business development, campaigns and clients.
Our Approach
We plotted a workflow diagram with the Atom team during a kick off workshop, taking into account all people and technology touchpoints of the product journey - from the proposal stage right through to execution, optimisation and reporting.
After this stage, we supervised the execution of the rollout and also educated the team on nuances, client communication and potential challenges with regards to selling and running the new product.
This initial piece of work soon extended to both execution and advisory consultancy, where we managed the delivery of digital marketing campaigns and also advised on strategic approach to business growth, product development and client campaigns.
Impact
Atom has become our longest running client, where we have supported them on a number of initiatives and projects. We have been involved in the successful execution and integration of new products into their portfolio, we’ve also improved their technical knowledge and ultimately had a positive impact on commercial performance.
