How we helped:

We collaborated with Sopro on multiple contracts to successfully launch and grow their FoundersHub community, delivering strategic, operational, and content-focused initiatives. We began by developing strategies for user recruitment, content creation, and engagement. This included defining personas, crafting targeted messaging, and designing a content calendar featuring diverse formats like events, blogs, and video to maximise impact.

Our work extended to building a robust engagement strategy, including themes, topics, and initiatives to foster participation and advocacy. We implemented processes for content curation, repurposing, and sustainable community engagement, supported by an optimised technology stack for efficiency. We also led the design and delivery of live events and pitching sessions, while managing logistics, speaker recruitment, and content production.

Additionally, we provided interim social media management, email handling, KPI tracking, and community moderation to ensure consistency. Leveraging tools like Asana, we enhanced operational workflows to align with Sopro's goals.
