How we used automation to supercharge a lead generation campaign

The client:

The Agency Collective are a peer support community for agency owners. They help owners of design, tech, marketing, content, ux, SEO, PPC, social, PR, video agencies grow their business through peer support, events, partnerships.

How we helped:

We’ve worked we The Agency Collective over several years offering nearly our full range of services throughout that time. We first started by helping with HubSpot support, before moving on to Event Automation - ensuring participants had a 360 experience in terms of wrap-around communication. 

We also worked on their growth strategy through outbound lead generation - creating monthly guides aimed at their target audience. Using prospecting technology, we were able to have a wide reach and increase their marketing list. 

Throughout the contract, we’ve acted as a true extension of their marketing team, not only increasing their capacity but applying our expert knowledge to any marketing queries that crop up.

The impact:

Having worked closely with the team across all of our activities, we were able to see the impact of our work, and measure it! The key areas of improvement were:

  • An increase in event turnout (reducing drop-off after registrations)

  • Better member engagement

  • Increased the ability to report accurately, set targets and review performance in order to adjust messaging accordingly

  • An increase in contacts through outbound lead generation
