How we helped:
We supported with a comprehensive website and HubSpot optimisation process to enhance their digital presence and user experience. First, we conducted a full-page visual audit, addressing sizing, formatting, and image resolution issues while identifying SEO quick wins to improve search performance. We optimised image tagging, meta-data, and loading speed, updated search text and browser settings, and provided mobile view feedback. A user experience review followed, offering navigation suggestions, readability improvements, and better call-to-action (CTA) placement.
We then dentified quick-win opportunities, proposed reusable page templates, and suggested inbound marketing data capture pages. On the HubSpot side, we configured data capture tools, built a "Contact Us" section with forms for lead generation, and created an analytics dashboard for performance monitoring. Finally, we reviewed HubSpot’s setup for prospect email recording and data cleanliness, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
The impact:
By stepping in when we did we were able to help the team project manage and get their new website over the line and launched to deadline. With our extensive experience and proofreading capabilities, we were well-placed to enhance accessibility and user experience on the site,
The HubSpot enhancements enabled effective lead generation through data capture tools and forms, while the analytics dashboard provided actionable insights into performance. Overall, these improvements improved the client’s ability to attract, engage, and convert their audience.
