Conrad Humphreys is a professional yachtsman and motivational speaker. He has competed in three round-the-world races, including the Vendée Globe, won the 2000–2001 BT Global Challenge, and was the sailing master on C4's recreation of Captain Bligh's voyage. Conrad is no stranger to resilience and knows what it takes to battle the storm.

He weaves his experiences at sea into lessons of business transformation with an infectious enthusiasm that will leave you motivated to tackle your next adventure head-on.
