- Builds on the Free CRM with more functionality across marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Marketing Hub Starter: Ad retargeting, marketing emails without HubSpot branding, more form options, and limited automation.
- Sales Hub Starter: Meeting scheduling, email tracking and notifications, more deal pipelines, and document management.
- Service Hub Starter: Email and chat support, more robust ticketing, and conversational bots.
- Content Hub Starter: Essential content marketing tools to kickstart your content creation strategy
- Good for: small teams needing light automation and branding control.

3. Professional (Marketing, Sales, Service, Content Hub)

- Adds powerful automation and more customisation options.
- Marketing Hub Professional: Enhanced automation workflows, A/B testing, SEO and content strategy tools, social media tools, and advanced analytics.
- Sales Hub Professional: Sales automation, advanced reporting, playbooks, electronic signatures, and predictive lead scoring.
- Service Hub Professional: Knowledge base, surveys, SLA management, customer feedback tools, and advanced reporting.
- Content Hub Professional: Comprehensive content marketing software to leverage and scale results from content
- Good for: growing teams that need sophisticated automation, segmentation, and reporting.

4. Enterprise (Marketing, Sales, Service, Content Hub)

- Enterprise-grade features designed for scaling organisations with complex needs.
- Marketing Hub Enterprise: Multi-touch revenue attribution, custom reporting, team permissions, advanced segmentation, and hierarchical teams.
- Sales Hub Enterprise: Custom objects, predictive forecasting, advanced permissions, and deeper custom reporting.
- Service Hub Enterprise: Customisable surveys, playbooks, automated ticket routing, and goal-setting.
- Content Hub Enterprise: HubSpot’s most powerful content marketing software for advanced control and flexibility
- Good for: large teams needing extensive customisation, advanced analytics, and complex team structure management.

Each package can be purchased individually, or you can opt for a HubSpot CRM Suite bundle, which combines all the Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Operations) at each tier level.
